RETURNS POLICY

At Sacsons we pride ourselves on quality control. We carefully check all products before they are dispatched. Due to the nature of our products, Sacsons does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders once they have been shipped unless the product/s inside a parcel box or individual product packaging box is damaged when received.

If you have received a damaged item (excluding the parcel box or product packaging box as it does not affect the product inside) please contact us at [email protected] within 14 business days of receiving the item or complete the Return form below. We cannot offer you a credit, refund, or replacement for damaged goods if more than 14 days have passed since when your order was delivered. Sacsons will only accept sealed, unopened and unused, items.

Please ensure you have checked the bank account that was used to make your purchase. If you have not received a refund please contact your credit card company or bank. Refunds may take upto 10 days to process before it actually appears in your bank or credit card account. After you have completed all these steps please contact us at [email protected].

 

Out-of-stock items
In the rare event that you have ordered an item and it is out of stock. Sacsons will contact you via email. Sacsons can offer you a refund via the method of payment. Alternatively, if your order includes items that are in stock we can send you the items that are in stock. Thank you for understanding.

Wrong order received
If you have received an incorrect item from Sacsons please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the incorrect item. In your email be sure to include your order number, the details and photographs of the incorrect item and the details of the item you had ordered but did not receive. Sacsons will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases we will send you a return shipping label so that you can send us the wrong item back. In case the correct item is not in stock we may offer you a refund instead. If this happens, you will be able to choose whether to receive a refund or to select another item of equal value.

The Return Process

Wait for our response

Pack & post

You are responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Be sure your item is in its original packaging with all supplied components.

3.1 Carefully pack item/s

Carefully pack the item/s so they arrive safely to us. If you still have the sacsons packing you can reuse it. If you don’t have the sacsons packaging use a similar sized box.

3.2. Print label

Print the delivery label emailed to you and tape it to the front of the box. If you don’t have a printer you can neatly write the delivery label on a piece of paper and tape it to the front of the box.

3.3 Post parcel

Drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia Post.

Wait for our response

Once your item has been received and inspected by us you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.

Most deliveries take around 5-8 business days to arrive to us but this time can also be longer depending on several factors including where you are sending it from.

After we receive the delivery and it has been approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within usually 10 business days of your return arriving back to us.
