Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is a hydrating gel toner that quickly absorbs into the skin. Enriched with Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, and Arginine. The ingredients provide anti-aging and anti-inflammatory benefits which leave skin feeling deeply hydrated, supple, and with a noticeably refined complexion. Suitable for all skin types.

Directions
After cleansing, apply a moderate amount of toner onto a cotton pad. Gently wipe across the face from the inner to outer.

CAUTION. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Skin patch testing is advised. Stop using if skin irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, open scars & damaged skin. Recap after use. Keep in a dry, cool, & dark place.
